On June 20-21, 2025, a conference on "Fundamental and Applied Problems of Semiconductor Physics, Micro- and Nanoelectronics" was held in cooperation with Tashkent State Technical University.
Representatives of the Research Institute of Semiconductor Physics and Microelectronics at the National University of Uzbekistan participated in the international scientific-practical conference "2nd Semiconductor Materials & Device Physics Conference (SEMIMATER 2025)" in Mugla.
